Job Description
The Retail Gym Associate plays a vital role in driving the success of our operations. Primary objectives include providing exceptional customer service, ensuring every member's needs are met, and enhancing their overall experience.
* Deliver outstanding customer service by warmly greeting members and assisting with inquiries and purchases.
* Maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.
* Manage incoming calls related to products.
* Ensure displays are visually appealing, well-stocked, and properly maintained.
* Collaborate with the Manager to execute promotions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To provide an exceptional customer service experience that meets the needs of every member.
2. To maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with members and stakeholders.
3. To ensure that all displays are well-stocked and visually appealing at all times.
4. To assist with managing email inquiries and phone calls related to products.
