Job Summary
A Retail Sales Consultant at Telstra is passionate about delighting customers through outstanding service. You provide an exceptional in‐store customer journey and empower customers by identifying the products and services they need to transform their telecommunications experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: help customers find the right products and services, ensuring a memorable time at Telstra.
- Be the Go‐To Tech Expert: stay up to date with the latest gadgets and services and offer informed guidance and solutions.
- Achieve and Excel: use consultative selling skills to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate and Contribute: work closely with team members to create a welcoming environment and support store goals.
