Our client is a multi franchised new car dealership operation located in the NSW far South Coast area, and is part of a larger Group. They have a vacancy for a Fixed Operations Manager to join their business and take control of their Service and Parts operations. The dealership offers security of tenure, a solid income stream and a friendly working environment. The town is close to beautiful beaches and offers all modern facilities such as medical, educational, recreational, sporting and shopping. The Service and Parts departments trade Monday to Friday only.

Applicants for this role will need to have current or recent experience as a franchised dealership Fixed Operations Manager or Service Manager. You will have strong management, people handling, organisational and motivational skills, in addition to the drive and energy to grow the business. You will derive your personal job satisfaction equally by the achievement of total customer satisfaction and strong profitability. You will guide your staff to value customer satisfaction and to offer excellence in quality workmanship and customer service. While the Service Department will be your main focus, you will also be in control of the Parts Department where you will ensure there is a healthy inventory, well balanced between daily and stock ordering.

Salary will consist of a retainer from $80k up depending on experience, Super, Commission Structure (from both Service and Parts) and a company vehicle. On Target Earnings are expected to land between $150k - $180k. In addition, strong applicants needing to relocate to the area may be offered relocation assistance.
