Main Responsibilities
* Provides exceptional clinical leadership, consultancy skills, and knowledge of contemporary mental health practices.
* Leverages expertise to drive clinical excellence and supervise mental health clinicians across various disciplines.
* Maintains rigorous standards of clinical practice while critically evaluating policies and procedures.
* Fosters effective communication with consumers, families, carers, and stakeholders.
* Maintains current registration with AHPRA or eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
Key Qualifications
* Tertiary qualifications and relevant postgraduate experience.
* Comprehensive understanding of mental health rehabilitation and recovery principles.
* Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and think critically.
* Proficiency in computer literacy and strong communication skills.
