We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Employment Support Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will provide personalized support to customers as they navigate the Inclusive Employment Australia program, promoting meaningful employment outcomes and empowering individuals to achieve their goals.
This is a full-time role that requires flexibility and adaptability, with travel across the region involved in supporting customer engagement and service delivery.
* Manage a caseload of customers under the IEA contract
* Develop and maintain individualized support plans aligned with customer goals
* Deliver person-centered servicing tailored to individual capacity and aspirations
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Work Preparation Mentors and Workforce Solutions Consultants
* Facilitate warm handovers to In Work Mentors upon employment commencement
* Monitor progress and adjust plans to support readiness and engagement
* Maintain accurate documentation and meet IEA compliance requirements
* Promote inclusive employment practices and accessible service delivery
