Overview

Join the Limestone Coast Local Health Network (LCLHN) as a Senior Administration Officer – Finance and Corporate, and become a valued partner to executive leaders driving change in regional healthcare.

In this dynamic you'll provide executive-level support to the Chief Finance Officer and Director of Corporate Services. From managing high-level schedules and preparing committee papers to streamlining processes and supporting strategic projects, you'll gain valuable insight into corporate and finance operations in health.

It's fast-paced, rewarding, and ideal for someone ready to step up, learn fast, and make a real impact—all while working in a supportive, inclusive team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage executive diaries, meetings, travel and correspondence
  • Maintain accurate records using Objective and SharePoint
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items
  • Assist in projects, reporting and systems improvement
  • Coordinate bookings, support committees and liaise with stakeholders
