Overview
Join the Limestone Coast Local Health Network (LCLHN) as a Senior Administration Officer – Finance and Corporate, and become a valued partner to executive leaders driving change in regional healthcare.
In this dynamic you'll provide executive-level support to the Chief Finance Officer and Director of Corporate Services. From managing high-level schedules and preparing committee papers to streamlining processes and supporting strategic projects, you'll gain valuable insight into corporate and finance operations in health.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive diaries, meetings, travel and correspondence
- Maintain accurate records using Objective and SharePoint
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items
- Assist in projects, reporting and systems improvement
- Coordinate bookings, support committees and liaise with stakeholders
