At Saatchi & Saatchi, collaboration is everything. Our traffic team works closely across disciplines to bring balance, clarity and flow to a fast‑moving creative environment — supporting teams to do their best work from start to finish.

We're now looking for an experienced
Traffic Manager
to lead creative resourcing in Sydney, working across a diverse client patch while feeding into our broader creative operations hub.

As a
Traffic Manager
, you'll take ownership of workflow, resourcing and timelines across Sydney‑based clients. You'll be the calm, common‑sense voice in a busy creative environment — balancing priorities, negotiating timelines and ensuring teams are set up for success.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who understands how great creative moves from idea to execution. You'll bring clarity, pace and structure to the workflow, working closely with creatives, producers and account teams, with the support of a connected national traffic team.

What you'll be doing day to day:

* Managing end‑to‑end creative workflow and resourcing across multiple clients
* Leading internal WIPs and maintaining up‑to‑date creative roadmaps
* Scheduling creative and internal reviews, briefings and debriefs
* Reviewing timelines, identifying risks early and negotiating practical solutions
* Partnering with account, creative, production and operations teams to keep work moving
* Ensuring briefs are complete and teams are properly set up before work begins
* Tracking job progress, managing dependencies and escalating issues when required
* Supporting pitches and new business work as needed
* Managing award entries, timelines and submissions across key shows
* Owning Saatchi & Saatchi social workflow, including planning and preparing award shortlist and winner tiles using existing Figma templates
* Championing process, best practice and continuous improvement across the agency

What we're looking for:

* Proven experience in traffic management or creative resourcing within a creative / integrated agency environment
* Or background working in a creative agency within account management, project management, production coordination or as a creative EA, with readiness to step into a traffic role
* Strong understanding of creative and production processes
* Experience working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven creative environment
* Confidence managing multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
* Financial awareness, including comfort managing scopes, timings and resourcing
* Excellent project management, organisational and time management skills
* High attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Calm, confident negotiator with a high level of diplomacy
* Solutions‑focused problem solver who can prioritise and make things happen
* Resilient, adaptable and able to remain composed under pressure
* Proactive, collaborative and team‑oriented, contributing positively to the workplace
* Passionate about delivering great creative work to a high standard
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, and project management tools such as Trello and Smartsheet (or similar)
