About the Role
This is a hands‑on, varied position supporting our busy office and estimation team. You'll be the first point of contact for clients and suppliers while keeping our operations running smoothly.
Your Day Will Include
* Reception & Client Liaison – greet visitors, manage calls, and keep communication professional and friendly
* Scheduling & Coordination – book appointments, manage calendars, and assist with estimation timelines
* Quotation Preparation – help prepare accurate quotes for refurbishment projects
* Fleet Management – oversee vehicle servicing and compliance
* Workplace Health & Safety Support – assist with WHS documentation and compliance
SiteDocs experience – highly valued but not essential
What We're Looking For
* Solid office administration experience (construction industry experience essential)
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident communicator who can work independently and as part of a team
* Familiarity with WHS processes (advantageous)
* Tech‑savvy and comfortable learning new systems
