We are seeking an experienced Caravan Park Manager (or Management Couple) to lead the day-to-day operations of our beautiful beachfront holiday park in Busselton, Western Australia.
This role would suit hospitality professionals with prior holiday park, caravan park, or accommodation management experience who take pride in delivering excellent guest experiences while maintaining high operational and presentation standards.
About the Role
You will be responsible for the overall presentation, leadership, performance, and guest experience. This role ensures the park operates safely, compliantly, and efficiently while delivering a warm, welcoming and memorable holiday experience for our guests.
Working closely with the owners, you will ensure the park operates at peak performance while maintaining a welcoming and well-presented environment for guests and long-term residents.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the daily operations of the caravan park
* Lead and manage your team including rostering, recruitment and performance management
* Deliver exceptional customer service to guests and residents
* Manage reservations, check-ins and check-outs
* Oversee housekeeping and grounds maintenance
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the park
* Manage booking systems, guest communications and administration
* Monitor occupancy, reporting and operational performance
* Ensure compliance with health, safety and park policies
* Engage in marketing activities to maximise revenue opportunities
About You
The successful applicant will have:
* Previous experience managing or working within a caravan park, holiday park or accommodation property
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Solid organisational and administrative ability
* Experience using booking systems (Newbook or similar preferred)
* A hands‐on and proactive approach to park management
* Strong financial and business acumen
* Proven experience managing a team
* Proactive mindset with the ability to problem solve
* High attention to detail and pride in property presentation
