The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced People Experience & Workplace Relations Lead to join our supportive and collaborative People & Culture team. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, this role is responsible for leading employee relations, policy development and leader capability, while strengthening consistent, inclusive and values‐driven ledpeople practices across the organisation. This newly created role is a great opportunity for a values‐led and highly experienced HR leader to join our passionate and person‐centred organisation.

About You

You are a confident, thoughtful and values‐driven people leader who brings both warmth and rigour to your work. You are known for balancing care, fairness and accountability, and for supporting leaders to do the same.

You will bring

* Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Employment Relations, Organisational Development, related field, or equivalent experience.
* Demonstrated alignment with CNV's values, including a commitment to feminist principles, equity, inclusion and culturally safe practice.
* Strong experience in HR leadership with a track record in employee relations, policy development, workforce systems and compliance.
* Proven ability to strengthen leaders' confidence and capability, while building a culture of trust, accountability and fairness.
* Ability to build sustainable practices, responding to and managing complex matters, and while driving continuous improvement.
