Job Description:
The Site Manager will lead a team of support workers in creating a safe and person-centered environment for clients to thrive with minimal disruption.
This role offers an opportunity to bring leadership experience to create trust, maintain stability, and advocate for participants to feel seen, heard, and supported.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proven experience managing complex SILs
* 3+ years supporting people living with complex mental health or psychosocial disabilities
* A strong commitment to active support principles
* Excellent written and communication skills
* Understanding of NDIS practice standards, behaviour support, and continuous improvement plans
Requirements:
* Qualifications in Social Services or relevant field (Cert IV minimum), or significant industry experience
* A strong understanding of NDIS practice standards, behaviour support and restrictive practices, and risk management principles
* Full NSW Driver's Licence, Current First Aid and CPR certification
* NDIS Workers Check and Working With Children Check
