Network Operations Engineer Opportunity
This position involves maintaining and rectifying level 1 faults, performing network traffic management, provisioning, and monitoring. We are seeking a highly skilled Network Operations Engineer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responding to Trouble Tickets and Network Alarms.
* Monitoring network elements using multiple Network Management Systems.
* Liaising with Tier 2 staff to resolve major problems.
* Assisting in planned outages and network hazards while maintaining fault restoration times.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in IT or Telecommunications.
* CCNA certification essential; CCNP highly regarded.
* 2-5 years of telco experience, preferably in technical roles.
* Good general IP technology knowledge.
