Key Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new property management business opportunities
* Build and maintain strong referral networks
* Work with current clients to up-sell and cross-sell services, reduce attrition, and enhance customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with marketing teams to generate high-quality leads and campaigns
* Liaise with property management teams to ensure smooth conversion and onboarding of new clients
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' experience in real estate, preferably in property management or sales
* Proven track record of winning new business and developing client pipelines
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Excellent networking abilities and local market knowledge
* Self-starter, target driven, and detail oriented
* Ability to collaborate with operations and frontline management teams
