Barrenjoey Locksmiths and Alarms is seeking a driven and talented Business Development Manager to join our team in Brookvale, NSW. This is a full-time role focused on driving new business growth and expanding our customer base within the local area.
Responsibilities
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the local market
- Building and maintaining robust relationships with potential clients
- Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations to win new accounts
- Collaborating with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies
- Achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets
- Providing regular reports on business development activities and performance
Qualifications
- Proven track record in new business development, ideally within the security, locksmith or alarm industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with potential clients
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities to secure new business
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
