About the Role
The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering evidence-based early intervention and therapy services to children and their families. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a friendly, well-supported environment where you can develop and extend your clinical practice.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality therapy services to children and their families;
* Coaching and support for families, group programs and individual therapy;
* Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure ongoing communication, leadership and support are provided to deliver quality services and supports;
* Ensure a focus on continuous improvement through regular evaluation, training and review;
Requirements
* Passion for making a difference in the lives of children and their families;
* Experience in paediatrics and/or training/experience working in supporting therapy needs;
* No qualification is required, however experience with children and families with additional needs (including lived experience), is essential;
* Knowledge of the NDIS is highly desirable;
* Strong communication and organisational skills;
* Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team and ability to work autonomously in the community;
* Compliance – Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS workers screening check, First Aid & CPR certificate.
