About the Position:
This role focuses on fostering inclusive development in Pacific Island Countries. The Disability Equity Adviser will contribute to broad governance and stability development outcomes by leveraging local networks and providing strategic advice.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leverage local networks to contribute to programs' support to partner countries progressing reforms and policies inclusive of persons with disabilities.
* Provide services, coordination, and technical assistance to enable supported development activities, programs, services, and approaches being more inclusive of persons with disabilities.
* Deliver training, mentoring, coaching, and technical assistance activities to strengthen program delivery and support posts.
About You:
You're a driven professional with experience in international development, social work, psychology, or a related field, bringing expertise in disability equity audits, training delivery, and inclusive development especially within Pacific contexts.
