Job Description
We're looking for a skilled and motivated ICT Support Engineer to join our energetic IT team. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to both our internal staff and customers. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant ICT support experience and hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a related field.
Responsibilities Deliver technical support and troubleshooting for ICT systems, hardware, and software to internal staff and customers Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly
Install, configure, and maintain ICT equipment, including computers, printers, servers, and networking devices Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain ICT infrastructure, systems, and services Document and update technical procedures, guidelines, and knowledge base articles
Assist in planning and executing IT projects and initiatives Ensure adherence to IT security policies and procedures Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry developments
Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field At least 2 years' experience in ICT support or a similar role
Solid understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with both Windows and Mac operating systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
