The Opportunity
Due to increased enquiries and business growth we are currently looking for a casual Sales Associates to cover weekday and weekend shifts to assist our Sales Consultants with the day to day operation of our display homes and providing outstanding customer service to our display home visitors and clients.
Reporting directly to Sales Consultants your primary focus will be to contribute towards the day-to-day operation of display home/s, including greeting and assisting display home visitors, qualifying, and collecting sales leads.
Some key responsibilities of this role include:
* Meet and greet customers at the display home/s or at nominated off-site opportunities with a first-class experience, exceeding customer service expectations.
* Presenting display homes to our customers and ensuring they are kept clean and presentable.
* Provide accurate information to our customers, answering any enquiries which supports their new home journey.
* Ensuring our wide range of marketing and sales material is well maintained and up to date.
* Providing administrative assistance and sales support to the Sales Consultants and set prospect appointments
* Assist in qualifying and managing lead activity, ensure lead sheets are completed for each new enquiry and entered into our CRM.
This is a client facing role and in keeping with the outstanding reputation of the business you must have exceptional customer service skills. You should be skilled at explaining things to customers who may not understand construction, and who will at times need reassurance and guidance.
What you will bring to our Business:
Ideally, we are looking for someone who has:
* Previous Sales or Customer Service experience
* A genuine interest in the Building, Property &/or Real Estate Industry
* Good interpersonal skills and the capability to guide our valued customers.
* Great presentation skills with pride on operating in a neat environment
* The ability to form relationships with internal and external clients
* An energetic, enthusiastic, and optimistic attitude
* A knack for learning and quickly adapting in the new role
