Community Accessability Inc is a values-based, not-for-profit organization that provides a vast array of services that support individuals with a disability and frail aged people to participate fully in their communities, be functional at home and live their best life. Our services are delivered throughout rural Victoria, southern NSW and Metropolitan Melbourne and are rapidly expanding.
About the role
We seek a talented and conscientious professional to inaugurate a dedicated organizational development portfolio within our organization. Our head office is based in Albury/Wodonga with a widely dispersed workforce requiring considerable flexibility and innovative communications methods to ensure traction and uniform coverage. Reporting to the People, Communications & Culture Manager, the incumbent will:
* design and deliver strategies, frameworks, and interventions that drive positive culture change and address learning imperatives
* deliver workforce analysis and planning to respond to current and future services demand and organization needs
* manage systems and lead initiatives in employee learning, engagement, recognition and change management
* facilitate/conduct forums and training sessions and develop RTO status
* develop metrics to track and evaluate organizational development effectiveness
* nurture and develop leadership succession, drive mobility, and close skills gaps

To succeed in this role, you must excel in:

And must have:
* Working knowledge or capacity to quickly acquire of NDIS and Aged Care Practice Standards and Quality & Safeguarding Framework
* Proven capacity to develop talent and nurture a high-performance capability & culture
* Proven capacity for creating psychologically healthy and safe workplaces and inclusive environments
* Ability to build collaborative and functional relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders to deliver tangible organizational outcomes
* Demonstrated project management & planning skills to deliver projects on time/budget
* Strong judgement, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in within complex people-oriented environments
* Highly developed interpersonal, influencing, reporting and presentation skills
* Adaptability and ability to balance current and future organisational needs
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:
* Tertiary qualifications in related fields, such as Human Resources, Organization Development, Learning and Development and/or Organizational Psychology, or equivalent skills/experience
* Ideally 2+ years' experience in a similar environment or professional services

Salary is pursuant to L6 PP1 of the SCHADS Award. Applicants must hold a current driver's license, have the right to work in Australia, be willing to obtain a working with children check, NDIS clearance and National Criminal History Check.
