You’ll develop and implement national training programs across sales, product, service, and technical areas, ensuring consistency, capability, and excellence across the dealer network. Partnering with stakeholders at HQ, in the field, and within dealerships, you'll shape engaging learning pathways, roll out certification programs, and maintain brand standards across all touchpoints. Your work will directly elevate performance, customer experience, and brand perception. You’ll Need You’ll bring at least five years of experience delivering both technical and non-technical training in the automotive industry. You’re a confident communicator, strategic thinker, and hands-on operator who can run a room, write curriculum, and liaise seamlessly across internal and external stakeholders. Strong digital literacy (Office 365 essential), training evaluation experience, and the ability to travel domestically and occasionally overseas are all musts.
