The Role
We are seeking a motivated and capable Senior Support Engineer to join our team and play a key role in ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.
You will support customers directly and assist internal business units by delivering timely, high-quality technical support across a broad range of technologies.
Working as part of a collaborative team environment, you will action service tickets, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and assist in the development of internal processes and documentation.
This role will suit someone who enjoys problem-solving, customer engagement, and ongoing professional development.
An NV1 security clearance is highly desirable.
Applicants without an existing clearance must be eligible and willing to obtain NV1 clearance.
Key Responsibilities
Action and resolve customer service tickets
Provide clear and professional communication to customers
Support internal teams and participate in team meetings
Identify and implement process and technical improvements
Maintain accurate documentation and timesheets
Follow best practice and established procedures
Requirements
To be successful in this role you will need:
Cert IV in IT and/or relevant qualification, or 5+ years' IT industry experience
Experience with Windows Server and Microsoft 365
Exposure to backup solutions and security appliances/software
Switching and routing experience
Strong communication and time-management skills
Class C driver's licence
Working with vulnerable Children check
Networking or security certifications
