Job Title: Customer Service Officer

We are seeking skilled and proactive customer support professionals to excel in a leading organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on customers.


Duties & Responsibilities:

* Booking appointments with customers
* Formatting resumes
* Engaging with customers on a daily basis
* General office administration tasks


Requirements:

* Minimum 12 months experience working in an administrative or customer service role
* Exceptional communication skills and ability to multitask
* Proactive and organised with the ability to learn quickly
* Ability to utilise initiative and problem solve
* Experience with Microsoft Office suite


Work Environment:

Working a flexible schedule, Monday-Friday, with opportunities to gain a Certificate IV in Employment Services or Career Development within your first 12 months.
