Senior Operations Manager – Housing Response Centre (HRC) | Location: Liverpool | Employment type: Talent Pool for future ongoing and temporary positions
Salary: Clerk Grade 11/12 - $149,739 - $173,174 pa, plus employers’ contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

The Housing Response Centre (HRC) is a 24/7 operation of approximately 550 staff. The centre delivers NSW clients access to responsive maintenance services and social housing services, including Link2home crisis accommodation, Social Housing applications and Rentstart Bond Loan.
Your role

As a strategic leader within the Housing Response Centre, you’ll shape service delivery that directly supports vulnerable communities across NSW. What you’ll do
The role provides strategic leadership across existing contact centre business functions and services, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement, efficient processes, and service design. The role will work in partnership with contact centre leadership to develop and implement, manage and evaluate new services into the contact centre environment.
The role may hold one of the following portfolios: Housing Services Operations, Maintenance Operations, and Business Support Operations.
What we’re looking for
* A client-focused person with strategic leadership and management experience
* A person who is willing to drive change, and uplift performance
* Successful candidates require a current driver’s license
* The ability to travel occasionally to various locations across NSW
* The role requires tertiary qualifications in a related discipline and/or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience with a demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
