About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in Diving Operations to oversee and perform underwater tasks, ensuring the health and safety of fish and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor water quality through daily dives, focusing on maintaining optimal conditions for fish growth.
* Perform routine maintenance on diving equipment, mooring systems, and underwater structures.
* Keep accurate records of dive activities, including logs, plans, and fish health status.
* Maintain all work areas and equipment in a safe and sanitary manner.
Requirements:
* A current Dive Medical Certificate or willingness to obtain one is essential.
* Proven experience in commercial diving, preferably in aquaculture farm settings or similar environments.
* Current Right to work in Australia is mandatory.
* A strong commitment to workplace safety for self and fellow team members is required.
* Diving Supervisor Certification is highly regarded but not necessary.
