Responsibilities
* Handling customer enquiries regarding equipment hire, sales, off-hires, pricing, and quotations
* Providing accurate, competitive quotes and product recommendations
* Coordinating deliveries and pickups (internal and external transport)
* Maintaining day sheets and required documentation
* Entering contracts and updating daily branch KPI reports
* Liaising with drivers, yard hands, sales reps, and management
* Promoting the full range of company products and spotting cross-sell opportunities
* Greeting visitors and answering calls promptly with a friendly, professional approach
Qualifications
* Previous experience in internal sales or customer service coordination
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills - in person and over the phone
* Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent organisational skills with a strong eye for detail
* Experience liaising with a variety of stakeholders - sales teams, warehouse staff, and management
* Construction or hire industry experience is an advantage (but not essential)
* A proactive attitude and willingness to grow your product knowledge
