Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our Finance team.

The role involves working in construction, engineering, or other heavy industries, in fast-paced, complex environments.

Familiarity with Viewpoint is highly regarded, though training will be provided.

Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, accurate data entry, and confident system use, are essential as we continue our shift toward digital processes.

This is a hands-on administrative role, involving document control, scanning, and occasional reception support.

A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work well with different teams are valued.

We are looking for someone who can contribute from day one, with available support and training as needed.

Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Finance team in a fast-paced, project-based environment.

- Perform accurate data entry and reporting using Excel, including pivot tables and spreadsheets.

- Assist with document control, scanning, filing, and maintaining organised digital records.

- Help maintain and update financial systems, including support with Viewpoint (training provided).

- Collaborate effectively across departments, bringing a proactive approach and robust attention to detail.

Qualifications
- May be undertaking or have completed a Certificate III Business Administration qualification or similar.

- Previous administration and data entry experience.

- Intermediate to advanced use of the Microsoft Office suite.

- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

- Current C-Class Driver's License.
