Key Roles and Responsibilities
As a Production Boilermaker/Welder, you will be responsible for undertaking tasks and duties as directed by production supervision and or trades trainer within the bounds of your current competence.
Attend and complete relevant on-the-job training as required. Properly maintain materials, tools, and equipment.
Strive to continuously improve teamwork, processes, and effectiveness in the work area.
Adhere to the relevant policies and management practices.

About You
* Experience in fabrication with MIG or Flux Core Welding is essential.
* Ability to read drawings is also required.
* Strong safety focus and enhancing the site safety environment are crucial.
* Strong time-keeping abilities are necessary.
* Excellent communication skills are expected.
