Assistant Area Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our Retail Leadership team as an Assistant Area Manager. This is a business-critical leadership role that requires strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive performance in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coach Store Leaders, Sales Consultants, and Customer Care/Digital Coordinators to achieve KPI targets.
* Sustain a healthy workplace culture and lead strategic change to increase profitability.
* Manage inventory, maintain operational excellence, and ensure compliance with procedures.
Requirements:
* 2-3 years' experience as a multi-site manager with a proven track record of leading and managing 5+ retail stores across a geographic spread.
* Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to analyse data insights and identify business and commercial risks and opportunities.
* Demonstrated experience and capability with change management, successfully leading teams through ambiguity.
