Support Worker Position
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing high-quality support to individuals with disabilities and demonstrate a commitment to promoting independence and well-being.
This role requires a strong work ethic, reliability, and honesty, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A valid driver's license and access to a reliable car with full insurance are also necessary.
Main Responsibilities:
* Domestic cleaning services for clients.
* Providing personal care and support in accordance with individual care plans.
* Assisting clients with daily living activities, including meal preparation, medication management, transportation, and domestic assistance.
* Building positive relationships with clients, their families, and other professionals.
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation of client care.
* Fulfilling all safety and confidentiality protocols.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 1 year of experience in a support or care role.
* Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent).
* NDIS Worker Screening Check.
* Working with Children Check (WWCC).
* A valid driver's license and access to a reliable car with full insurance.
* A strong work ethic, reliability, and honesty.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
