Join our expanding Aged Care Services team as an Administration and Accounts officer
About the role An exciting opportunity is available to join the Aged Care Services team to provide accounts and administrative support.
The Aged Care Services Team are currently offering 2 permanent part time positions - hours to be negotiated.
In this role, you'll be responsible for providing administration support to our Support at Home Team, processing invoices, liaising with internal and external service providers and being the first point of contact for our elderly participants.

You will bring: Qualification/s in administration or finance, or relevant experience A positive attitude with excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organisational skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritise work Outstanding accuracy, attention to detail and problem solving skills Ability to work in a complex work environment where sensitive information is treated with upmost confidentiality The ability to build strong working relationships A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office packages Please note you must have the right to work in Australia and be able to provide evidence of this.
