CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager for our client working on construction and infrastructure projects based in Darwin, NT. This role will suit a hands-on construction leader with strong experience delivering projects from post-award through to completion, with a focus on programme, cost, quality, safety, and team performance. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end project delivery from handover through to completion Develop, maintain, and drive project programmes Monitor programme performance and proactively manage risks Maintain strong site presence to support delivery teams Manage cost forecasts, cost-to-complete, and financial performance Protect and improve project margins in collaboration with the Commercial Manager Ensure all project activity is managed through Procore with accurate, real-time data Provide consistent, transparent reporting with a “no surprises” approach Lead, mentor, and develop project teams while driving accountability Act as the primary client contact and manage stakeholder relationships Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, company policies, and project standards Our Ideal Candidate: Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager within construction or infrastructure Strong understanding of construction methodologies and contract management Proven ability to manage programme, cost, and project delivery outcomes Demonstrated leadership experience managing site teams and stakeholders Strong commercial awareness and financial management capability Experience using Procore or similar project management systems (highly regarded) Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills White Card and current Driver’s Licence required What We Can Offer: Salary starting at $160, 000 per annum Competitive salary based on experience Opportunities for professional development 10 - 12hr days - overtime available On-going work with projects How to Apply: If you are ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role in Project Management, please click APPLY, or submit your resume to lorissa@celotti.com.au or contact CELOTTI WORKFORCE on 1300 235 688.
