We are looking for a Clinical Lead to join our Regional Mental Health Team on Permanent Full-time basis.
Role description
The Clinical Lead is a pivotal leadership role overseeing the coordination and delivery of clinical services in the 'Supporting Recovery – Family, Domestic, and Sexual Violence (FDSV) Mental Health Therapies' Pilot Program. This position provides clinical leadership and governance to ensure the effective, appropriate, and safe provision of mental health therapies, counselling and clinical operations that meet the needs of victim-survivors of family, domestic, and sexual violence including their children (if introduced or brought into the service by their family member). The Pilot Program is a trauma-informed and recovery-oriented service for victim-survivors who are no longer in crisis.
What we are looking for
* Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work (MH credentialled), Mental Health Nursing and fullcurrentAPHRAor AASWregistration
* Demonstrated and extensive experience in providing psychological counselling / interventions to individuals and groups (widerangeoftherapeutic approaches, modalities, tools, and settings).
* Extensive experience in the provision of therapy and support to victim-survivors of FDSV (trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, culturally safe and appropriate (incl. SEWB), adults and children).
* Demonstrated advanced clinical supervision skills and the ability to facilitate the professional development and pastoral care of team members.
* Ability to use and understand in the delivery of Telehealth
