Administrative Coordinator in Construction
This is a dynamic and administrative role where you will be working across multiple facets of the pre-construction process. You will support the estimating team in preparing high-quality tender submissions, while also managing critical admin tasks to keep everything on track.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the preparation and submission of tenders, EOIs, and proposals.
* Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to gather documentation and content.
* Maintain and update capability statements, project profiles, CVs, and bid library assets.
* Provide general administration support across the pre-construction team.
* Ensure all documentation is accurate, formatted, and aligned with brand standards.
* Manage tender portals and assist in tracking submission deadlines and requirements.
Requirements:
* Experience in a similar role such as Bid Coordinator, Estimating/Project Administrator, or Submissions Assistant.
* OR a tertiary qualification in construction, architecture, or business with 2+ years' experience in the building & construction industry.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines with confidence.
