Communications & Events Officer
We are seeking an organised and collaborative Communications & Events Officer who has experience in writing targeted communications for a range of audiences.
This role is ideal for someone with solid writing, sub-editing and proofreading skills, as well as excellent organisational and communication skills. You will be able to engage with both technical and non-technical staff and stakeholders, and be proactive in managing your workload and tasks.
The key accountabilities for this role include:
* Writing and sub-editing stakeholder-focused communications to facilitate effective outcomes of organisational strategies and build stakeholder engagement.
* Contributing to the development and delivery of accurate and polished briefs ahead of events, video presentations and communications to internal and external stakeholders across multiple channels.
* Planning, coordinating and delivering events in-person, online or in a combined format to a variety of stakeholders to ensure delivery of organisational objectives.
* Collaborating across teams so that executive priorities are understood and embedded, and to ensure that the Executive receives seamless and integrated communications and engagement support and advice.
* Contribute to the planning and design of communications and engagement strategies to enable effective execution across multiple channels and evaluation of strategies to support the business to successfully deliver all key milestones and outcomes.
