What you'll be doing…
You will complete Certificate III in Painting and Decorating over 48 months through a combination of formal training with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and practical on-the-job experience with Zeal Futures and our host employer, Shoalhaven City Council.
Throughout your formal training and practical experience in the workplace, you will have the opportunity to:
* Use various paint mediums
* Safely work with hand and power tools
* Work at heights using ladders and scaffolding
* General workshop housekeeping

To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following selection criteria:
* Commitment to both on and off the job training
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Neat personal presentation
* Time management around work commitments
Mandatory Requirements
* White Card
* Drivers licence and reliable transport
* NSW National Police Check
* Working with Children's Check
* Willingness to undergo pre-employment medical (spirometry, audiometry, drug and alcohol screening, and functional capacity assessment)
