Your Role
Here's what you will be doing:
Cultivate customer relationships and champion innovation within the organization
Gain exposure to managing projects and people through hands-on hotel operations
Improve processes and pitch new initiatives via your Voyage project
Take on special projects drawing upon all your training
Participate in management meetings and collaborate with Voyage participants worldwide
Solve challenges and offer ideas and innovative solutions
Provide feedback on the curriculum to impact future Voyage hires' experiences
About You
The company is looking for:
Recent university or hotel school graduates (within the past year) or those graduating within 12 months of application
Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education required (Associates degree acceptable for Culinary)
Superior critical thinking and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to foster relationships and work collaboratively
Self-management skills and being a self-starter
Real desire for personal and professional growth
Work authorization in Australia (local citizen or permanent resident)

18-month full-time, paid development program with hands-on, discipline-specific training and leadership-focused curriculum
