As a member of our team, you'll co-create the city and lead a high-performing team delivering expert planning advice and precinct-based frameworks. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery of urban design, land use policy, and place-based planning—notably within key precincts such as Broadmeadow. You'll work closely with the Strategic & Place Planning Manager to shape high-quality built and open space environments aligned with CN's Community Strategic Plan. The position offers professional growth through rotational opportunities across equivalent management roles within the Planning and Development service unit.

Responsibilities
Lead a team delivering expert planning advice and innovative precinct-based frameworks.
Deliver urban design, land use policy, and place-based planning, focusing on key precincts such as Broadmeadow.
Collaborate with the Strategic & Place Planning Manager to align work with CN's Community Strategic Plan.
Participate in professional growth through rotational opportunities within the Planning and Development service unit.
Help shape high-quality built and open space environments.
Benefits and Conditions
Permanent Full-time opportunity; 35-hour week with flexible/hybrid arrangements.
4 weeks annual leave, 3 weeks personal leave, plus paid public holidays; 17.5% annual leave loading.
