Yipirinya School is looking for a Part Time Receptionist/Office Administrator to join our team. This role is central to the daily life of the school as the first point of contact for families, community, staff and visitors.
About the Role
* Greet families, visitors and staff with a warm welcome
* Answer and direct phone calls, take messages and respond to enquiries
* Assist with student enrolments and school records
* Support everyday office administration tasks
* Provide clear and friendly communication between families, staff and the wider community
