About the role
We're looking for a hands-on and reliable Store Manager to lead one of our Subway restaurants.
This is not a corporate role — we're a growing multi-store business, and we need a manager who takes ownership, leads from the front, and runs the store like it's their own.
If you're currently an Assistant Manager, Shift Supervisor, or experienced team leader in fast food or retail and ready for the next step, this is a great opportunity.
What you'll be responsible for
* Leading and developing a team of 10–20 staff
* Rostering and controlling labour costs
* Managing daily operations and service standards
* Maintaining food safety and compliance
* Stock control, ordering and waste management
* Driving customer service and store performance
What we're looking for
* Experience in fast food / QSR / high-volume retail
* Previous leadership or supervisory experience
* Strong understanding of labour control and rostering
* Reliable, organised and hands-on
* Calm under pressure and able to manage busy periods
* Availability for a flexible roster (including some weekends)
Highly regarded:
* Subway experience
* McDonald's, KFC, Hungry Jack's or similar background
* Experience managing weekly sales of $15k+
