Job Title: Lead Business Analyst – SAP Payroll Implementation Location: Melbourne (Hybrid) Contract Type: 6-Month Initial Contract (Strong View to Extend Long Term) Rate: Competitive Daily Rate Overview: We’re working with a major organisation embarking on a large-scale, long-term SAP Payroll implementation. They’re seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst to drive business engagement, shape delivery processes, and help build out a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end business analysis activities for a complex SAP Payroll implementation. Work closely with business stakeholders, HR/payroll SMEs, SAP functional consultants, and technical teams. Build, mentor, and guide a team of Business Analysts as the program scales. Define and document business processes, requirements, and solution designs. Support project delivery across both Agile and Waterfall streams, depending on the phase. Ensure alignment between business requirements and SAP solution design. About You: Proven experience as a Lead or Senior BA on SAP Payroll implementations. Strong understanding of Australian payroll requirements and award interpretation. Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring other BAs in large-scale programs.
