As the first point of contact, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of a major retail centre. You'll enjoy variety, responsibility, and strong support while building valuable experience in the property industry.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Being the friendly, professional first point of contact for tenants, contractors, and visitors
* Managing reception operations, contractor sign-ins, and key registers
* Coordinating tenant communications and maintaining important centre documentation (COC, PLI, leasing and sales data)
* Processing invoices, purchase orders, and assisting with reporting
* Supporting casual mall leasing, charity bookings, and retailer engagement
* Assisting with marketing initiatives and centre activations
* Contributing to compliance, risk management, and emergency procedures
