Civeo Australia is seeking experienced Assistant Village Managers to join our leadership team in regional Queensland. These are hands-on management roles where you'll spend time in the field directly with your teams day-to-day.

Who's Our Ideal Candidate?
We're looking for an experienced Assistant Village Manager (AVM) with highly developed management skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in managing profit and loss. The ideal candidate will also have knowledge of remote site safety standards, particularly HACCP.
Requirements:
* Village Management (FIFO/DIDO/remote) experience of 1-2 years
* Outstanding leadership experience, with the ability to build, grow, and develop a strong team
* Resilient, determined, and passionate for hospitality
* Strong understanding of Profit and Loss, budgeting, costs controls, and rostering
* Advanced computer literacy, and ability to pick up new systems quickly
* Excellent attention to detail with data, and comfortable with regular reporting
* Passionate about safety and providing an enjoyable working environment for all stakeholders
* Exceptional time management and organizational skills
* Valid working rights in Australia for the next 12 months (sponsorship NOT available)
* Ability to pass a medical assessment, including drug and alcohol screening
* Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
* National Police Clearance (with last six months)
* Valid driver's license
