The Opportunity

We are actively searching for the following role to expand our team:
Operators and Labourers with Blast Painting experience

Starting salary ranging from $80k to $90k depending on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
Corrosion protection: applying protective coatings to metal pipes to prevent rust and corrosion, particularly for exterior or moisture-prone environments.
Identification: painting pipes for clear identification of services in accordance with industry codes and contractual requirements.
General painting and maintenance of manufacturing warehouse.
Fix and maintain sewer mains and storm water assets.
Operate CCTV equipment in underground pipes for pre assessment and post review.
Manufacturing of the new pipe liners.
Maintaining plumbing equipment.
Operating and maintaining pipe cutting systems.
Residential and commercial connection junction sealing and patching.
Conducting confined space entry.
Prioritising Health & Safety protocols.
Requirements
Ability to work away from home for 2 weeks at a time across Victoria and interstate.
3+ years blast painting or related experience.
Experience in live tapping, vacuum excavation or hydro jet clearing advantageous.
Valid, full (unrestricted) driver's licence.
HR licence or MR licence or willing to obtain HR within the first 6 months of employment.
OHS Construction Induction Card (White Card) required or ability to obtain.
Confined Space Entry is desirable but not essential (training provided).
Strong work ethic with a growth and learning mindset.
Physically fit enough to do some heavy lifting with loading and unloading materials and equipment.
