As a seasoned executive, we are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to drive the operational success of our Australian business. The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for overseeing the local market launch, ensuring seamless integration with our existing operations, and fostering strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and implementation of operational strategies to drive growth and profitability
* Oversee the management of day-to-day business activities, including staff management, asset maintenance, and cost control
* Represent the brand and build relationships with key industry stakeholders, including hotel chains and hospitality providers
* Promote and sell our software solution to potential clients, highlighting its value proposition and operational benefits
* Drive recruitment and onboarding of additional staff as the company grows
Requirements:
* Senior operational experience in hotels and/or hospitality
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and resources
* Understanding of operational cost control and asset management
* Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and act on opportunities
* Willingness to learn our product and advocate for its benefits to customers
