This role is ideal for a sharp, tech-savvy administrator who loves staying busy, adapts quickly, and thrives in a fast-moving environment.
*Your Role Will Include:*
* Act as the first point of contact for clients, answering phones and welcoming visitors
* Manage front-of-house duties, including preparing teas and coffees for clients
* Provide administrative support to the wider team and accountants
* Assist with ASIC compliance tasks, including company reviews
* Complete ATO-related work, including lodging returns
* Set up new clients and maintain accurate client records
* Prepare engagement letters and other client documentation
Ideally, You Will:
* Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
* Be familiar with ASIC portal, forms and requirements
* Have exceptional attention to detail
* Have exceptional customer service skills and a positive "can do attitude"
* Have excellent presentation and communication skills
