The Role
As a Storeperson in our Northgate warehouse, you will be part of a collaborative team committed to ensuring that the right products are received by our customers in a timely and cost‐effective manner. You will be a team player and have the opportunity to rotate through various sections of the warehouse. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the primary responsibilities of this position include:
* Receiving inbound orders
* Picking and packing orders (with the requirement to be able to safely lift up to 20 kgs)
* Invoicing outbound orders
* Processing credits and returns
* Participating in cycle counts
* Working as part of a cross‐functional team to troubleshoot errors
* Ad hoc driving/deliveries duties
About You
To be successful you will have:
* A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
* Previous experience working in a warehouse environment
* Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and email software
* Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
* A commitment to providing a level of customer service
* Excellent attention to detail, demonstrating a strong quality pick rate
* Forklift license not essential but preferred
