Job Title: National Sales Manager - IGT
Your Opportunity:
As the National Sales Manager Image Guided Therapy (IGT), you will become a key member of the Sales leadership team in ANZ, and report to the General Manager Health Systems for ANZ. Within this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your exceptional commercial sales and leadership experience to directly influence the profitable and sustainable growth of the Philips Image Guided Therapy portfolio across Australia.
Utilising your strong sales leadership experience, you will bring with you a dynamic leadership style that motivates and engages a diverse and high performing group of individuals. You will have a natural style in coaching and mentoring sales teams, and will be skilled at designing and communicating clear strategies, objectives and plans.
Key Responsibilities will include:
1. Lead the sales team to ensure positive customer outcomes, while driving the teams focus on solutions selling.
2. Facilitate and support strong collaboration with the IGT business unit to progress opportunities.
3. Responsible for creation and implementation of the national sales strategy, including the Sales Plan, sales forecasts, and budget.
4. Responsible for the Sales Funnel build-up ensuring data quality, funnel health, and focused opportunity management to ensure accurate forecasts for Australia.
5. Responsible for sales and commercial partnership with key customers regarding the IGT portfolio.
6. Strategic account management of selected State Procurement bodies, as well as other selected accounts.
7. Identification, engagement, and development of talent, promoting a performance and customer experience-led culture.
8. Drive operational efficiency and a mindset of continuous improvement across the team.
9. Respond to escalation requests to address customer concerns.
We are looking for:
1. Experience in healthcare sales and strategy, ideally within image guided therapies, capital equipment, or medical devices.
2. Proven success in a direct sales environment with a strong track record in leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
3. High levels of motivation, energy, and a drive to achieve results.
4. Excellent communication skills combined with the ability to build strong internal and external networks.
5. Experience in building and executing a strategy for key accounts.
