Make a real difference for children and young people We're a statutory OOHC service in NSW, recently audited and accredited by the Office of the Children's Guardian until December 2028. We deliver safe, trauma-informed, and empowering care, and we need a passionate leader to drive continuous improvement, quality, and best practice across the organisation.
Based in the heart of Maitland, this is an on-site role where you'll be part of the action every day.

About You
* Experienced leader in OOHC or human services.
* Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in either out-of-home care or human services is required.
* Expert in compliance, audits, and child protection legislation.
* Demonstrated experience in compliance and audit processes within the child protection sector is essential.
* Skilled in coaching, mentoring, and building staff capability.
* Bonus: Social Work, Psychology, Human Services degree, TCI Train the Trainer, OOHC data framework knowledge.
Compliance Requirements: WWCC, National Police Check, and Unrestricted Driver's Licence.
