 
        
        Redcape Hospitality is seeking a passionate & caring customer centric individual to join our Leadership Team at The Wattle Hotel as our Bottle Shop/Retail Manager. You would lead your collective Team to successfully operate the Bottle Shop in a role that combines both FOH & BOH duties.

**Required Traits, Qualifications & Attributes** 
- Experience in the same or similar role is a mandatory requirement. 
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills.

- Forklift License (preferred but not mandatory).

**Duties and Responsibilities**
The purpose of this role is to work cohesively as a member of the Venue Leadership Team, where you would take carriage of general Bottle Shop operations, driving performance, executing stratgegic initiatives and improving/sustaining both Customer & Staff Experience.
