Specialising in the transport industry we have a varied, loyal and ever-expanding client base predominantly within the SME space. We work closely with clients as trusted advisors providing a range of tax, business services and advisory support.
About the role:
Our busy Office, located in Shepparton, has a position available for an experienced Administration Assistant.
Duties will include assisting senior staff as necessary, contacting clients, ATO, Banks and other 3rd parties as well as co-ordinating information from files, creating reports and other administrative tasks. Bookkeeping experience would be highly regarded.
About you
· Strong written and verbal Communication skills
· Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
· Self-motivated with a strong learning mindset
A minimum of 5 years Office experience is required. Work in a public accounting or professional business will be highly regarded.
Candidates MUST BE based in the Shepparton region and available to work full time Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Flexibility is limited in this role.
Award based salary according on your skills and experience will be negotiated, if successful.
